Retreats by RetreatWise NI: Rejuvenate, Connect, and Grow

Thoughtfully designed retreats for learning, connection and time away

RetreatWise creates carefully planned retreats for therapists, helping professionals, teams and individuals in beautiful destinations across the UK, Ireland and internationally.

Our retreats bring together meaningful learning, time to reflect, genuine connection and the chance to step away from everyday life for a few days.

Some are centred around professional development and self-practice with leading trainers. Others focus more on wellbeing, personal development or team connection.

What they all have in common is thoughtful planning, a strong sense of place, and the feeling that everything has been taken care of.

Our Retreats

Professional and Therapist Retreats

Our professional retreats are designed for therapists, psychologists and other helping professionals who want more than a traditional training room experience.

We work with highly respected trainers to create immersive programmes that combine CPD, self-practice and experiential learning with time to rest, reflect and connect with others.

Sessions are deliberately balanced with shared meals, time outdoors, local experiences and space to enjoy the destination.

The result is professional learning that still genuinely feels like a retreat.

Our Retreat Offerings

Team and Organisational Retreats

We also design bespoke retreats for teams and organisations who want to step away from the workplace and spend meaningful time together.

These can focus on wellbeing, team connection, leadership, reflection or simply creating the space for conversations that are harder to have in the middle of a busy working week.

We build each retreat around the needs of the group rather than using a fixed format.

Wellbeing and Personal Development Retreats

Sometimes the most useful thing we can do is create some space.

Our wellbeing and personal development retreats offer time away from the normal routine, with carefully chosen activities that encourage reflection, connection and self-compassion.

Depending on the retreat, this may include guided workshops, movement, mindfulness, nature, good food and plenty of unstructured time to simply slow down.

Retreats in Remarkable Places

The destination matters.

We choose venues and locations that add something to the experience, whether that is the Atlantic coast in Portugal, the mountains of Canada, the beaches of Thailand, a country house in Ireland or somewhere completely new.

We look for places that feel special without feeling formal, with good food, comfortable accommodation and enough space for people to properly switch off.

Our aim is never to create a training course that happens to be in a nice hotel.

The setting is part of the retreat.

What Makes a RetreatWise Retreat Different?

We work at a human scale.

Our retreats are intentionally personal, and the people involved in planning them are also the people answering your questions, welcoming you when you arrive and making sure everything works while you are there.

We take care of the detail, from accommodation and catering to schedules, transfers, activities and all the little practical things that make a retreat feel easy.

That allows participants to focus on why they came.

For us, the best retreats are not over-programmed. There should be time to learn, time to talk, time to explore and time to do absolutely nothing.
